Second type of Service: PROPERTY MANAGER
All the tasks of leasing agent plus
Hold deposit
Monthly collection of rent payment
Disbursement of rent payment along with monthly report to owner
Handle repair calls
Handle slow or nonpayment of rent
Change out filters
Handle eviction of tenant if needed
